Once an intern has been accepted, all you have to provide is an acceptance offer letter to the intern. Apart from that other thing in some specific cases, you might have to give a certificate of incorporation, among other documents. While the intern is filling out for VISA, our consultant will also assist you in completing any documentation.
The total cost would depend upon your specific requirement and the duration you want them for. Your AIESEC service charges would depend upon the duration,, apart from that, we do not charge anything extra at AIESEC. Now how much you pay to the intern is upto you the better perks you provide the better talent you can attract. However, if you can provide a great learning experience to the interns that will help you get quality talent in the future since Global Talent applicants are motivated by learning potential of experience.
We set expectations with the EPs on the expectations from their job role, in-case when they come to India, and they cannot adapt, we will support the intern, and you on how the situation can be resolved and the EP can perform up to expectations.
We suggest you keep a 2-round selection process first round being a CV Review followed by an interview; before both rounds, we will also have preliminary checks. The more proactive the selection process, the better the quality of applications will be.
